• Receipt files, receipt hashes, and extracted receipt details used to verify eligible purchases.
• Payment metadata from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and trust signals used to detect duplicate receipts, fraud, and abuse.

How We Use Information

• Operate marketplace listings and internal credit balances.
• Review receipts and maintain an auditable credit ledger.
• Process internal credit purchases through Stripe.
• Detect duplicate, suspicious, or abusive activity.

Service Providers

We may share data with trusted providers that help run Beepcrowd, including payment processing, database hosting, storage, analytics, and AI receipt review. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account, listing, receipt, and ledger records as needed to operate the service, preserve auditability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
